SEAL COATING
Sealcoating (or pavement sealing) is a process that finalizes our paving services. It refers to the application of a protective coating to asphalt surfaces designed to repel water, oils and UV damage from the sun. Sealcoating is important because it can drastically prolong the life of driveways, commercial parking lots and other asphalt surface areas.
And while this is a process we like to apply once we're finished paving a new area, sealcoating should be applied every 3-4 years. In addition, we also specialize in hot rubber crack sealing to repair broken areas in asphalt along with chip seal to prevent cracks in the future.
LINE STRIPING & STENCILING
When you see those helpful lines that help drivers designate parking spaces and identify other necessary information, that's all due to striping and it's another specialty we tackle here at Seal It Up! Incorporated after seal coating, striping is applied with specialized machinery like a rollmaster that evenly coats lines of paint into stripes for parking spaces and other stencils for easy identification.
